RETURNS
      I want to exchange an item for a different item. Our returns portal has some limitations, As each product has a different SKU within our system, you can not select to exchange an item with an alternate product. Our returns portal provides the following options: Exchange for a different size of the same item.

Refund (not eligible for sale items)
      I want to return my item for a refund.
      You can return your item back to us, for a refund so long as it was not purchased in a bundle or a promotion & it meets our return policy criteria.  
      Once you have lodged your return request, you can request an Instant Refund via Refundid! 
      Please note that if the condition of the item is deemed not acceptable, we have access to reverse the funds and ship the items back to you. 
●Can I change my return request?
      Yes, you can change your return request, however, you will need to reach out to our Customer Experience team to cancel the original return request.
Once we have completed this, you can re-submit the return request.
●Can I return multiple orders in the one return parcel?
      Yes, you are welcome to return more than one order in the same return parcel to save on postage costs! 
      Please make sure you lodge each return separately online through our returns portal and follow all the prompts. 
      We also ask that you clearly write your order numbers either on the front of your return parcel or included on a note inside the parcel to ensure our team can identify your return parcel upon delivery!

●Has my return been processed?
      Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow several business days for your order to be processed. 
      Our team is working around the clock to process all returns, so we thank you for your patience. 
      We recommend using tracked post for all returns to ensure your items arrive safe and sound back with us.
●Have you received my return?
      After we receive your return, it can take several business days to be processed. You will only receive an email confirmation once your return is complete. 
      So there is still a chance your return order is in the queue to be completed.
      If you are worried that your parcel has gone missing, then please send through the return tracking number and I can track this for you!
